With 25 horizontal machining centers, 5 vertical centers, and 10 5-axis capable CNC machines, we deliver an exceptional combination of speed and accuracy. We also operate a DMU 40 EVO with a 12-pallet pull for lights-out operation.
Custom Fixturing
We engineer custom fixturing to streamline setup, accelerate machine loading, and provide greater versatility in holding our projects. By enabling multiple parts to run simultaneously, our fixturing boosts throughput and drives cost savings for our customers.
Tooling
With a library of over 2,500 form tools for standard ports and custom cavities, we’re able to maintain consistent and reliable lead times. Ongoing investments in tooling ensure our equipment delivers the highest standards of quality and machining speed.
Inspection
Our specialized inspection and quality control processes ensure that no non-conforming product ever leaves our facility. With the Mitutoyo Crysta Apex V and Zeiss O-Inspect 322 in our lab, we can meet all your inspection plan needs. All employees are trained in fundamental inspection techniques, and multiple inspection points provide thorough, detailed evaluations of each manifold.
Post Production
With a dedicated deburring department and individualized deburring training, our team ensures every part is free of contaminants and burrs before shipment. As part of our value-added services, we offer partial or complete assemblies tailored to client specifications.
